Weddings & Receptions at CALA

CALA hosts weddings in the middle of Old Town Scottsdale's entertainment district, inside The Senna House hotel. Couples book the patio for the ceremony and reception, the dining room for a seated dinner, or the long table and private dining room for the rehearsal dinner.

The patio has a 40-foot outdoor bar, a fireplace, cabanas, a lawn and a DJ booth. Inside, sliding glass walls open the dining room to the patio. Menus run from coursed dinners at $65 or $85 per guest to buffets and stations, and the bar offers an open bar from $120 per person.

Yes. CALA hosts ceremonies and receptions, on the patio or in the dining room, plus rehearsal dinners and showers.

How many guests can CALA hold?

The patio seats 100 and the outdoor bar holds 200 standing. Inside, the dining rooms seat 15 to 22 each, the bar lounge seats 27, and groups of 40 or more can book a larger space or a buyout.

Can guests stay at the hotel?

Yes. CALA is inside The Senna House, which has rooms for overnight guests.

What does it take to book?

A 20% deposit and a signed contract. Tax, a 6% venue fee and a 20% gratuity are added to the bill.
